| Reuven has been excavating in Misliya Cave since the project was launched in 2001. During the campaign he served as an area supervisor, excavation zooarchaeologist and senior staff member. His masters' thesis, completed in 2006, presented a detailed taphonomic analysis of the Mousterian faunal remains from the main excavation area of Misliya Cave. Reuven is now a PhD student in the University of Haifa, working on Natufian faunal remains from Mount Carmel. He is interested in prehistoric archaeology, prehistoric zooarchaeology and taphonomy. | |
